June 7,
2005, Little Ocmulgee EMC customers can now view and pay their bill
online
over a secure web page. This month every customer will receive their
initial password with their power bill. To view your power bill, simply
click on the link below and enter your
account number and password. Once online you should change your password.
You can view your current bill,
pay through your credit card, or notify us of changes in your billing
address and telephone number.This link will take you to the Southeastern Data Cooperative (SEDC) web site. Little Ocmulgee EMC is providing this service for our customers through SEDC's billing support system. To return to the Little Ocmulgee EMC web page, simply click on Home in the SEDC menu.
The online bill web page is protected using SSL encryption. That means that any information you view and enter is encoded using a special key to keep your information private as it travels through the Internet. When you check your bill online you should see a locked padlock symbol on the bottom right of your screen. This means the information is encoded and secure. If you do not see the locked padlock symbol, then immediately return to Little Ocmulgee EMC's web site and try again. Remember: if you don't see the locked padlock symbol, anyone can see your billing and credit card information as it travels through the Internet. We also recommend that you change your password the first time you check your bill on-line.
